Vista Group focused on strategy execution, with new signings and
onboarding acceleration
Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX:VGL) is pleased to announce recent signings and clients
going live with our market leading Vista Cloud enterprise cinema management solution.
Recent signings
Cinema West (US – 18 sites)
Vista Group welcomes new American client Cinema West an upscale and expanding cinema circuit
with sites across California and Idaho. The circuit will implement Vista Cloud Operational Excellence,
which includes all Vista Cloud capabilities, across its 18 sites (188 screens). Implementation of Vista
Group’s market leading enterprise cinema management SaaS solution is expected to be completed
during H1 2025.
Saudi Cinema Company (KSA – 12 sites)
Existing client, Saudi Cinema Company (previously AMC KSA), will move its cinema circuit to Vista
Cloud’s Operational Excellence, providing enhanced user experience and features focused on
improved productivity for cinema staff.
The Middle East is a growing market for cinema going. Saudi Cinema Company is a leading cinema
circuit in that market with 12 cinemas and over 85 screens, and when they complete their migration in
2025 they will become the first cinema circuit in the region to complete their Vista Cloud adoption
journey.
SM Cinemas (Philippines – 76 sites)
Existing client, SM Cinemas, the largest cinema circuit in the Philippines, will move its cinema circuit to
Vista Cloud’s Moviegoer Engagement capability, the market leading omni channel digital and
marketing loyalty offerings.
SM Cinemas is part of the SM Prime Holdings, Inc., which is listed on the Philippines Stock Exchange
and is one of Southeast Asia’s largest property developers and operators of shopping malls. With 76
cinemas (410+ screens), SM Cinemas is renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional movie-
going experiences and is expected to go live with Moviegoer Engagement during 2025.
Accelerating onboarding
In addition to recent signings, onboarding continues to accelerate with numerous existing clients
progressing their Vista Cloud journey. Major Cineplex (Thailand – 182 sites) is now live with
Operational Excellence, a step that sees one of the largest cinema exhibitors in Southeast Asia now
utilising all Vista Cloud capabilities.
Major Cineplex joins Cine Yelmo, Fat Cats, Flix Brewhouse and the growing list of new and existing
clients leveraging the industry’s best technology to drive their business performance. The ongoing
transition of Pathé (Europe - 124 sites) has also reached new milestones with France, Netherlands and
Belgium live with various Vista Cloud capabilities, as they continue the journey to Operational

Excellence. Everyman (UK – 44 sites) is now live with Digital Enablement and on track for Operational
Excellence in 4Q24.
With over 230 sites now live on Operational Excellence and over 400 sites on Digital Enablement and
Moviegoer Engagement, Vista Group remains on track to achieve its year-end targets for clients live on
Vista Cloud capabilities.
