The Company announces that it agreed on 3 February 2025 to allot 1,100,000 ordinary shares at
a price of 225.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 5 February 2025, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 168,849,679.
