Kingfish weekly net asset value per share calculation – Waitangi Day

Kingfish Limited (KFL) wishes to advise the market and its shareholders that the calculation and
announcement of the weekly net asset value (NAV) per share that would normally occur on Thursday
6 February 2025 will not take place due to Waitangi Day.
The next NAV per share announcement will be the 12 February 2025 NAV per share, which will be
announced to the NZX and posted on the Kingfish website (kingfish.co.nz) on 13 February 2025.
