The Company announces that it agreed on 28 February 2025 to allot 200,000 ordinary shares at
a price of 221.3p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 4 March 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total
voting rights at that date to 169,174,679.
