Correction to Director’s Ongoing Disclosure Notice
AUCKLAND, 23 May 2025: Transport technology services company EROAD Limited (NZX/ASX: ERD)
today release an updated ongoing disclosure notice for EROAD Director, John Scott.
On 3 April 2025, John Scott’s Ongoing Disclosure Notice disclosed a holding of 50,000 ordinary
shares in EROAD Limited. A subsequent reconciliation with the share registry has identified an
additional 5,000 shares held in Mr. Scott’s account at the same date, attributable to a prior historic
holding. As a result, Mr. Scott’s total shareholding in EROAD now amounts of 55,000 ordinary shares.
To ensure the accurate reporting of his relevant interests, Mr Scott has submitted the attached
amended disclosure notice.
