Heartland FY2025 results, annual report and Annual Meeting

Full year results announcement and annual report dates
Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) advises that it expects to:
• announce its full year results for the year ended 30 June 2025 (FY2025) on Thursday 21 August
2025, and
• publish its annual report for FY2025 on Tuesday 30 September 2025.

A live webcast for investors and analysts will be held at 10.30am NZST on the same day as the results
announcement and can be accessed via this link.

Annual Meeting date
Heartland advises that its Annual Meeting will be held online and in-person in Ashburton, New
Zealand on Thursday 13 November 2025, commencing at 10.00am NZDT.

More details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all
shareholders and available at heartlandgroup.info.nz in due course.

Director nominations
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Heartland advises that the closing date for director
nominations is Monday 15 September 2025. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm (NZST) on
that date.

Nominations may only be made by a security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and
should be accompanied by written consent of the person being nominated.

Any nominations should be sent to Heartland at PO Box 9919, Newmarket, Auckland 1149, for the
attention of the General Counsel.
