Results of Turners Automotive Group Limited’s Annual Meeting

At Turners Automotive Group’s shareholder meeting held on Thursday 21 August 2025,
shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That Baker Tilley Staples Rodway be reappointed as auditor;
• Re-elect Grant Baker as a Director of the Company; and
• Elect Todd Hunter as a Director of the Company.

Detail of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are:
