Genesis Gen35 Digital project spend remains on track.

Following investor queries, Genesis is pleased to confirm that total investment in Gen35 ‘Big
Rock’ digital projects over the FY24 to FY27 period remains in line with previously
communicated budget.

The ‘Big Rock’ initiatives include the companies' Billing and CRM modernisation, upgrade of
the General Ledger finance systems as part of our Powered Finance initiative and a series of
upgrades to the Wholesale Markets and Trading systems.
