2025 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING RESULTS


Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) today held its 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. Voting

results for the resolutions put to the annual meeting are as follows:

authorise the directors to fix the auditor’s

remuneration for the ensuing year.
