2025 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING RESULTS
Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) today held its 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. Voting
results for the resolutions put to the annual meeting are as follows:

To record the re-appointment of William Buck
New Zealand as auditor of the Company and to
authorise the directors to fix the auditor’s
remuneration for the ensuing year.

Director by the Board during the year, be elected
