Retirement of Director

BLIS Technologies Limited (NZX:BLT) advises that Geoff Plunket has informed the Board of his
intention to retire as Chair and as a director of the Company.

Geoff will stand down from the role of Chair at the next Board meeting on 16 October 2025. Dame
Alison Stewart will assume the role of Chair, bringing significant scientific experience and seven
years of BLIS board tenure. Geoff will remain a director until a replacement has been identified. The
search process has commenced and further details will be announced in due course.

Geoff joined the Board in May 2018, assuming the role of Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. He
was appointed Chair in July 2021.
