Mercury NZ Limited - Results of 2025 Annual
Shareholders’ Meeting
19 September 2025 – At Mercury’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held in Auckland and via a virtual
meeting on Friday, 19 September 2025, shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which
were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
> That Susan Peterson be re-elected as a director;
> That Scott St John be re-elected as a director;
> That Rob Hamilton be elected as a director; and
> That Rachel Taulelei be elected as a director.
