Results of 2 Cheap Cars Group Limited Annual Shareholders’ Meeting

At 2 Cheap Cars Group Limited’s (NZX:2CC) Annual Shareholder Meeting held online today,
shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

1. That Michael Stiassny be re-elected as a Director of 2 Cheap Cars Group Limited.
2. That Gordon Shaw be re-elected as a Director of 2 Cheap Cars Group Limited.
3. That the Board be authorised to fix the Auditor’s fees and expenses.
