Dates for Director Nominations, FY25 Results and Annual Meeting
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Sanford Limited (Sanford) advises that the closing date for
Director nominations is Friday, 31 October 2025. Any nominations must be received by 1800 (NZDT)
on that date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder who will be entitled to attend and
vote at the Annual Meeting. Any nominations should be emailed to palston@sanford.co.nz and titled
“Sanford 2025 Director Nominations.”
Sanford expects to announce its full year results and publish its annual report for the year ended
30 September 2025 on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
Sanford’s 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at 1400 (NZDT) on Wednesday, 17 December 2025.
