BIF – Update on Directors and Senior Managers

Booster Investment Management Limited (BIML), as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (the Fund)

provides an update to its Directors and Senior Managers.


Allan Yeo (Managing Director of the Booster group) will step off the Board as a director of BIML. Allan will

focus on his role as Managing Director of BIML’s parent company, Booster Financial Services Limited

(BFS). Due to the relationship between BFS and BIML, Allan will continue to be deemed a Senior Manager

of BIML.


Di Papadopoulos (Chief Executive Officer and currently alternate director to Allan Yeo) will be appointed

as a director of BIML as a replacement for Allan Yeo.


These changes take effect from 1 December 2025.


Following these changes, the Directors and Senior Managers for BIML are:

• Paul Foley (Executive Director)

• Di Papadopoulos (Chief Executive Officer and Director)

• John Selby (Independent Director and Chair)

• Melanie Templeton (Independent Director)


BIML Senior Managers:

• Mihaela Chitu (Head of Technology Solutions)

• Natasha Keddie (Head of Finance and Administration)

• Andrew Hughes (Chief Risk Officer)

• Simon O’Grady (Chief Investment Officer)

• Alison Payne (Chief Operating Officer)

• Allan Yeo (Managing Director of Booster Financial Services Limited)
