What is this?
This is an Additional Other Material Information Document for the Booster Investment Scheme 2 Offer, the Private Land
and Property Fund (PLPF). This document is to update Sections 3 and 8 of Other Material Information Document (OMI),
dated 29 October 2024. It replaces the Additional Other Material Information Document dated 1 April 2025.
This document is to be read together with the OMI.
Supplementary Information dated 1 December 2025
On 1 December 2025, Allan Yeo stepped down from manager’s Board of Directors, and Diana Papadopoulos assumed the
position of regular director, replacing her previous role as alternate director. The changes in the OMI are as follows:

Mr Yeo is a director on our board of directors and the Managing Director of our parent
company, Booster Financial Services Limited. He has held a number of senior banking
roles with Barclays Bank PLC in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom and was
previously the Managing Director of Tranzact Financial Services Limited.
Remuneration is made up of salary.
Diana Papadopoulos, Wellington (Director)
BCA (Hons)
Diana is a director on our board of directors and Chief Executive Office of Booster Financial
Services Limited. Diana was previously the Chief Customer Officer. Diana has 20 years of
commercial experience across multiple functional areas.
Remuneration is made up of salary and Booster Financial Services Limited shares.

Section 3 Update
From 1 April 2025 a statement recorded under the ‘Investing in the Fund section’ is being updated to include that the
custodian for most investors is Asset Custodian Nominees Limited (ACNL), while for some investors the custodian may be
different:
• Section 3.1: Investing in the Fund (current statement up to 31 March 2025)
The Agreement enables the investor to invest in the Fund through an account in the System and sets out the terms
and conditions upon which access is provided through the System.
Under the Agreement all of the investor’s investments are held by, and in the name of, a custodian to the System
to ensure that beneficial ownership of the investments remain with the investor, not the financial adviser or us.
The custodian is Asset Custodian Nominees Limited (ACNL), a related party of the Manager which acts as a bare
trust established solely for this purpose. The custodian of the System can change from time to time without prior
notification. By accessing the Fund via the System, the investor is not subscribing for units in the Fund directly.
