Transition to venture led operating model
and leadership update

Blackpearl Group (NZX/ASX:BPG) advises that Christie Kerner will conclude her role as Chief
Operating Officer shortly before Christmas. As previously indicated, Christie joined the business for a
period to support its evolution and has played a key role in guiding the company through its transition
to a venture led operating model, in which each product division is led by its own Chief Executive
Officer reporting directly to Group CEO Nick Lissette.

The new structure is designed to strengthen accountability, accelerate product performance, and
support scalable growth across the portfolio. This transition represented an important step in
positioning the business for its next stage of growth.

Blackpearl Group warmly acknowledges Christie’s contribution to the company and thanks her for
her work during her tenure. The Board and leadership team wish her every success in her future
endeavours.
