Enprise Group Non-Executive Director resigns AUCKLAND,
18th December 2025 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has accepted the resignation of Mr Lindsay Phillips
from its board as Non-Executive Director, effective Monday 22nd December 2025. The board would like
to thank Mr Phillips for his excellent contribution during the last 12 years of service to the business,
including 10 years as Chairperson.
