from Leanne Hopkins to Richard Hopkins. The shares
are held by the registered holder and custodian,
Custodial Services Limited. Richard Hopkins previously
held a relevant interest in these shares under section
235(1)(c) of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013,
being the power to exercise, or to control the exercise
of, a right to vote attached to the product. The
beneficial interest in these shares has now also been
transferred to Richard Hopkins.
