The Company announces that it agreed on 5 January 2026 to allot 200,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 245.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 7 January 2026, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 192,274,679.
