Details of transactions and events giving rise to ceasing of substantial holding
Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: In connection with an intra-group
restructuring of its shareholding, CRE entered into a share transfer agreement with China
Resources Asset Management Limited ("CR Assets") on 12 January 2026, under which CRE
transferred its entire shareholding in NZK to CR Assets for a total consideration of $0.22.
Settlement of the transaction is expected to occur on or around 15 January 2026.
