HALF YEAR RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS TO 31 DECEMBER 2025

(NZX: PGW) advises that its results for the six months to 31 December
2025, will be released to the NZX at approximately 8:30am on Tuesday, 24 February 2026. This
will be followed by an audio conference at 10:00am.
