The Company announces that it agreed on 2 February 2026 to allot 670,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 244.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 4 February 2026, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 197,504,679.
