NZME 2025 Full Year Results Release Date

AUCKLAND, 10 February 2026: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“NZME”) advises that
it intends to release its financial results for the full year ended 31 December 2025 on Tuesday 24
February 2026.

NZME will host a webcast and conference call for analysts at 10am (NZT) on Tuesday 24 February
2026 to review the results.

will be able to ask questions.
