GMT purchases 37-41 Felix Street

Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited, as Manager of Goodman Property Trust (GMT
or Trust), is pleased to announce the acquisition by GMT of 37-41 Felix Street in
Onehunga, Auckland for $53.5 million.
The 5.1ha redevelopment site is being purchased from Fletcher Distribution Limited and
supports a wide range of modern warehousing options.
Chief Executive Officer James Spence said, “Centrally located in Onehunga, Felix Street is
a unique development opportunity of scale for our business and is well aligned with our
investment strategy.”
Settlement is expected to occur at the end of May 2026.
