Precinct Settles Sale of 22 Stanley Street, Commences New Partnership

Further to the announcement made on 29 May 2025, Precinct Properties Group (Precinct)
(NZX: PCT) is pleased to confirm settlement of the sale of 22 Stanley Street to Stanley
Limited Partnership (Stanley LP), a newly-formed investment partnership between Precinct
and Keppel, a leading global asset manager and operator.
