Investore Property Limited – FY26 Third Quarter Dividend


Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the third quarter

(1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025) of the financial year ending 31 March 2026 (FY26) of

1.625 cents per share to be paid on 5 March 2026 to all shareholders on the register at the close of

business on 25 February 2026 (i.e., the record date). This dividend will carry imputation credits of

0.594532 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.269788 cents per share will be paid to non-

resident shareholders.


The Board of Investore has resolved to suspend the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for the FY26 third

quarter dividend.


The Board confirms that it is targeting an annual cash dividend of 6.50 cents per share to shareholders for

FY26.
