Further admission to trading

The Company has made an application for 41,780,936 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The shares may be issued from time to time for cash pursuant to the Company’s existing
shareholder authority and to satisfy investor demand, provided that such issues are made at
prices above the prevailing net asset value per share. Any shares will, when issued, rank equally
with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

It is expected that admission will become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 15 May 2026.
