person at our East Tāmaki campus in the Daniell Building, 15 Maurice Paykel Place, East Tāmaki,
Auckland, New Zealand on Tuesday, 25 August 2026 commencing at 2.00pm (NZST).
In respect of its 2026 ASM, Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Corporation Limited advises that the closing
date for director nominations is 25 June 2026.
