INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT DATE AND ANALYST BRIEFING

Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU)
intends to announce its financial results for the six months
ending 31 December 2023 (1H24) on Tuesday 20 February 2024, prior to 9am NZST.

This will be followed by an investor and analyst briefing at NZST 10.00am to review the 1H24 results
and discuss the Company’s performance and outlook. Please follow the instructions outlined below
