Foley Wines Limited – Appointment of Chief Executive Officer
Paul Brock, Chair of Foley Wines Limited [NZX: FWL] advised today that Mike Higgins has been
appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect.
Mr Higgins has been in the role of Interim CEO at Foley Wines Limited since 17 February 2025.
Mr Higgins joined the Foley New Zealand Group as CEO, Foley Hospitality, New Zealand in
December 2024 to oversee the entirety of Bill Foley’s hospitality and lodge business in New
Zealand. Prior to this he most recently served as the Chief Commercial Officer (COO) of Auckland
FC, joining to help launch the club in its inaugural season.

a key role in leading the continued success of Foley Wines.”
