CDI 2026 ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING DATE / DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

CDL Investments New Zealand Limited (“CDI”) advises that it will hold its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
on Tuesday, 26 May 2026.

Director nominations are open from today. The closing time and date for nominations to be received by
CDI is 5:00pm on Tuesday, 7 April 2026.
