Oho Mauri Work Readiness Programme

The Oho Mauri programme is designed to prepare 325 students holistically with both skills and experience so they can make the transition into the nest step with confidence, whether it be a job or further education and training. The programme will also focus on participants learning an awareness of workplace expectations and their own cultural identity, and making sure they have the appropriate documentation to start employment. They will leave with access to strategies and tools to build financial awareness and capability.
