Exploration and Activation to Thrive The Exploration and Activation to Thrive programme will provide intensive tailored support for college students at high risk of becoming NEETS by providing more access to ‘hands on’ learning options, soft and tangible skills training, individualised pastoral support, whānau support and exposure to training and work experience with alignment to employment outcomes. The programme will involve intensive mentors/coaches, year-round support including during school holidays, as well as access and exposure to employment, role models, and tertiary study opportunities and experiences available outside Ōpōtiki.
