He Poutama Rangatahi o Whakaatu Whanaunga Trust (Tranche 2) This regionally-led initiative in the Bay of Plenty is a high intensity NEET work fit programme that incorporates intensive support and mentoring that will help rangatahi most at risk to explore, identify and realise their aspirational goals. The programme objectives include identifying potential pathways, and achieving planned objectives including up-skilling and training toward identified qualifications. This will be teamed with support in brokerage of sustainable employment. This is tranche 2 of the initiative.
