Whāngārei Youth Space Start Programme This 24 month regionally-led initiative in Northland will provide one-to-one mentoring and pastoral care to rangatahi NEETs through Kaimahi/mentors to equip them with essential hard and soft skills, as well as appropriate and necessary documentation to work and will enable further sustainable positive personal outcomes. The programme also provides financial mentoring, budgeting, literacy, transport and housing support where needed and supports employers to hire and train participants.
