Manawa Ora Rangatahi This programme will see an existing tourist accommodation facility into a Life Skills Youth training facility for 60 NEETS who will be provided a pathway and pastoral care to navigate the transition from leaving school into the workforce, or into further training. The programme has a collaborative approach with iwi, hapū, the community and other service providers within the immediate and wider region. It will become an on-ramp for rangatahi to move into the Manawa Tū – Work for Life Centre or other employment or training programmes.
