Jo is a professional director with extensive human resources and organisational development experience. She is Chair of The Warehouse Group and a director of Westpac NZ. She was formerly Group General Manager HR at Fletcher Building and held senior HR roles at Lion and Telecom NZ.

Jo holds a BA and MBA and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
